Teen Metal Act Unlocking the Truth Looking to Sever Ties With Sony - Billboard - according to Billboard

The trio, which was seen in a Verizon ad and is expected to appear in upcoming Beats ads, has yet to release any material. In the film, they are seen recording one single, "Monster" and director Luke Meyer used the shooting of a video for the song as "a goal post" for the end of the story. It does not note where the act or its music stands within Sony.The well-received film, which CAA represents, is looking for distribution.Unlocking the Truth has its official SXSW showcase March 17 at the Dirty Dog and is performing March 16 at the McDonald's stage.

“We love the music, but we understand how important school is,” Alec acknowledges. Still, giving the network the benefit of the doubt, it feels as though MTV followed the path of least resistance in choosing these cases. One wonders whether giving more exposure to prisoners whose cases were already being championed was the best use of the network's reach and resources.

At some point, the police decided that Michael was a suspect, so they tried to get information out of Josh. In his first written statement, Josh says nothing of significance. In his second statement -- the video statement -- he says that he woke up to some noises, and Michael wasn't in his bed.
