I am a huge fan of the Inspector Morse Series and the Inspector Lewis Series. McCann - the cross-talking hit-men of Harold Pinter's "The Birthday Party". We also meet a young academic , Alexander Reece, who, as Sir Alexander, would reappear in Morse's life (and be murdered) in the 1989 episode, "The Last Enemy", where he was played by Barry Foster. We learn what we always guessed from the John Thaw shows, that Morse's love of music stems from its providing solace for him during a lonely and drab childhood. The case solved in a way that there is no question left to audiences on how the detectives did it.....
Another one of my favorites. Shaun Evans is amazing in this roll. I was very disappointed when it was off the air. This show to me is like Sherlock and Poriot.
This show has a long life if the writers continue on this path.

Any idea when I might be able to see Season 3 in the U.S.?

We were able to view it with DVD’s from Netflix, but are having no luck viewing Season 4 in the US!
Is Inspector Morse being remastered with SDH?

Is there any way to know which zipcodes will have the airing. Apparently the Chicago area does not have it.
Anyone have any idea how to view Season 4 in the US? Can’t find it anywhere!!!
We are generally a year behind the UK. I never have expected it until this fall or 2018. I am just grateful that there is a series 4. I so want to see how Friday survives and what happens to Morse/Endeavor after having been hauled off to jail.
In the US, it’s usually aired in the summer…July or August.
