'RocketJump: The Show' Review: Picking Up Where 'MythBusters' Is Leaving Off - Forbes - by Forbes

RocketJump: The Show is a wonderfully enjoyable look at not only the behind the scenes of a quickly rising company, but at the act of making. Without seeing the show, one may not completely understand that statement but, after a single viewing, things will become much clearer. Not every important piece of television needs to be scripted. Sometimes, it can come from a place as simple as a back alley studio in Burbank just feet from an Olive Garden. With time, Rocket Jump: The Show could truly grow into something many will realize the world needed. For now, though, it’s starting off right with its fist two episodes and shows every sign of being able to continue the trend throughout the cource of its first season.

Why Freddie Wong Put Docs Before Drama in 'RocketJump: The Show' - VideoInk - via Thevideoink

In the case of “RocketJump: The Show,” it wasn’t directed by one person, or even two. Wong and Arnold stepped aside from their co-directing roles on several episodes to let others on their team direct, including actor Clinton Jones, writer/actress Ashly Burch and Waller, a move Wong said was the result of a mix of “egalitarianism and laziness.”
