It’s stupid. They ignore details essential to prove a conspiracy. The only way their theories could be correct is if the Russians arranged the president’s Dallas trip, and the limo path the president took during the Dallas trip, all after Oswald starting working at the book depository, or the Russians got Oswald his job at the book depository. Ruling the first possibility out as completely preposterous, it’s indisputable that Ruth Payne got Oswald his job at the book depository. Are they gonna say that Ruth Payne was working for the Russians? Insane. She got him the job there because it was convenient for him, as he could car pool there with her neighbor who also worked there. Even if Payne was working for the Russians, the Dallas trip wasn’t made public, or organized, until shortly after she got him the job there. All conspiracy theories fall apart on this fact.
