Jim Harbaugh and his khakis had a spectacular meltdown in 'Detroiters' cameo - by Ftw

He stars as himself at a charity fowling event as the show’s main characters, Sam (Sam Richardson) and Tim (Tim Robinson), try to make an advertising pitch to Little Caesars. While they make their pitch, Harbaugh is in the background, mid-epic meltdown, and pegs Sam in the back of the head while he’s taking a bite of pizza.

Detroiters Is the Funniest Show on TV - via Portlandmercury

The regular talent on the show is just as strong, making use of local Detroit actors—such as Shawntay Dalon, playing Tim’s wife Chrissy, who’s also Sam’s sister. Dalon’s role has been expanded in the second season, and she’s now the crucial third ingredient in the carefully balanced chemistry between Robinson and Richardson. Detroit-born comedian Chris Powell has another standout role as Ned, a building security guard who keeps pitching ad taglines to Tim and Sam. (“Meat: cook that shit or your ass gonna get sick!” Ned gamely offers.) Originally part of the writing team, Powell delivered a line reading in the writers’ room that was so funny, he became part of the cast.

Comedy Nerd: Detroiters' Tim Robinson definitely didn't beat up geeks like co-star Sam Richardson growing up - by Syfy

There is no funnier show on TV right now than Comedy Central's Detroiters. Created by and starring Veep co-star Sam Richardson and SNL vet Tim Robinson, the sitcom focuses on the cheerful misadventures of Detroit's very fictional advertising agency Cramblin-Duvet. As the city's bargain basement ad firm, it services the Motor City's more unconventional businesses, entangling Sam and Tim, childhood best friends who exist in a kind of extended joyful adolescence, with characters whose eccentricities are surpassed only by the lead characters themselves.
