Amazon Prime's 'Creative Galaxy' Is The Latest Show From Creator Of 'Blue's Clues' - Decider - via Decider
Each episode of Creative Galaxy begins with a “problem” (Arty doesn’t want to stop drawing to take a bath!) that must be fixed with art (make bath crayons with melted soap shavings and some food coloring!). To find a solution, Arty travels through the Creative Galaxy gathering items for his idea box and landing on a planet with a name like “Drawopolis,” where he’s greeted by a super fun adult engaged in some form of art-making. Arty is led through a project that is later recreated by a couple of perfectly polite real-life kids to wonderfully imperfect results. If I was at first slightly annoyed by the relatively high level of Arty’s drawing and painting skills, I was happily surprised by the “my-kid-could-do-that” vibe of the live-action artists’ work.
