In a post on Twitter (which CarterMatt has for you below), executive producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa confirmed that the title for the first episode back (airing this fall) is “Labor Day,” which is really meaningful mostly because the timing of the holiday (September, right around when school starts) coupled with the picture of Archie on trial as seen on the script cover. It feels pretty clear that this is the direction that the show is going in following the conclusion of season 2, which featured Archie Andrews being set up in one of the worst ways possible by Hiram Lodge.
